Instructions:
- To begin the quest, you should talk to Hetty the witch in Rimmington village, which can be found southwest of Falador. She will give you a list of items she wants you to obtain for her, these are:
Burnt meat: Easily obtined by burning some meat, (get it from Bears, Giant Rats etc.). If you cook the meat by accident then just use the meat again with the fire or range.
Onion- Go north from Rimmington and there should be some small vegetable farm patches there where you can scavenge some onions from.
Rats tail- Kill a rat inside the building next door, it should drop it's tail when it dies.
Eye of newt - You can buy one of these in the Magic Shop in Port Sarim. - Once you have all of the items in your inventory, go back to talk to Hetty and then "drink from cauldron" to complete the quest.
Quest complete!
