Instructions:
- Talk to Father Aereck in the Lumbridge Church. Ask him for a quest and he will tell you to meet Father Urhney in the Lumbridge Swamps.
- Tell Father Urhney that Father Aereck had sent you and he needs help. You will receive a Ghostspeak Amulet.
- Talk to the Restless Ghost south of the Lumbridge Church and ask what is the matter. If you do not see him, open the coffin. He will tell you his skeleton is missing the skull, and wants you to find one for him.
- Head over to the Wizard's Tower southwest of Lumbridge. On the basement floor, there is a Skull. Pick up the Skull and quickly run from the skeleton, or attack it.
- Show the Restless Ghost the Skull and use it will the Coffin. Congratulations, you have completed The Restless Ghost!
