  • Blue Die (2 Woad Leaves (step 6) and 5 GP)

Instructions:

  2. Speak to either of the generals in Goblin Village and you will find they are arguing over what color goblin mail to wear. Ask if you could chose a color for them to wear. They will ask you to bring them Orange Goblin Mail.

  3. While you are in the Goblin Village, kill Goblins until you get three Goblin Mail.
  4. Collect three Redberries, which can either be bought from the Food Market in Port Sarim or can be found wild south of Varrock.

  5. Gather two Onions, which can be found in an Onion Field. There is one west of Port Sarim and north of Rimmington.

  6. Get two Woad Leaves from Wyson the Gardener in the Falador Park Toolshed. Say you will give him 20 coins for two Woad Leaves.

  7. Talk to Witch ... in the Draynor Marketplace. Ask her to make Red, Yellow, and Blue Dies for 5 GP each, plus the ingredients you collected.

  8. Mix the Red and Yellow Dies to make an Orange Die, and use it with one of the Goblin Mail to make Orange Goblin Mail. Use the Blue Die with another Goblin Mail to make Dark Blue Goblin Mail.

  9. Give the Orange Goblin Mail to one of the Generals. They will tell you to get a Dark Blue Goblin Mail. Give it to them, and they will ask for the origional brown Goblin Mail. Show them your other Goblin Mail.

  10. Congratulations! You've just completed the Goblin Diplomacy quest!
