Instructions:

Start By speaking with Sanfew. He will ask you for some 'Goutweed' and he will tell you to look for his friend Eadger. So head off to Trollheim, which is at the top of the spiral mountain path that also takes you to the Troll Stronghold.

When you reach the top, enter the cave and speak to Eadgar. Ask him about Goutweed, and he will say to ask one of the troll cooks. Now go into the troll stronghold. Once inside the stronghold, go south and down the stairs into the kitchen. Talk to Burntmeat. He will say he wants a tasty human for his stew.

Go back to Eadgar and talk to him. He will tell you he needs a parrot. When you ask him where you would get a parrot from, he tells you the zoo.

As there is only 1 zoo that I know of in Runescape, head over to Ardougne. Talk to Parroty Pete in the zoo. Ask him when the parrot enclosure was added, and he will say some wretch replaced their water with vodka. Then ask him what they eat, and he will tell you their favorite food is pineapple chunks. It takes no genius to figure this part out, dice your pineapple into chunks, and then use your vodka on the chunks, and you will receive alco-chunks.

Use the alco-chunks on the aviary hatch, and Parroty Pete will say the parrot looks drunk. You tell him you'll take it to the vet for him, and now you have your drunk parrot (The guys at Jagex love their puns).

Take the parrot back to Eadgar and he will tell you his plan. The trolls want a human, so he says to make a human. He tells you that you will need 10 sheaves of wheat, some logs and 5 chickens. He also says you will need to put the parrot somewhere so that it can learn some more appropriate catch phrases. Take the parrot into the stronghold prison (go north from the stronghold entrance and down the stairs, unlock the door, and go down the other stairs) Walk over to the torture rack, and use the parrot with it. Now you need some dirty clothes. Go to Taverly just south of the Herblore shop, and you will see a new addition; a clothesline and a new druid, Tegid. Tegid will be washing clothes in the river. When you speak to him, you will ask him if you can have some of his clothes. He will tell you no. Tell him Sanfew won't be happy. You should have your 10 grains, 2 logs, mortar & pestle and 5 chickens with you, as well as your unfinished ranaar pot. If not, go get them.

Go back to Eadgar and give him the things he asked for. He will now tell you that you need to make a troll truth pot. You need to get some troll thistle. Just outside the cave there are some area with grass on them (look for the mountain goats). One of them will have some thistle (I am led to believe that it spawns in a different place every time it is picked, though I have no solid evidence of this happening). After picking the thistle, dry it on a fire ( you have to make one or go find one that isn't being used) and use your mortar & pestle on it. Use your ground thistle on your unfinished ranaar pot to make Troll potion. Speak to Eadgar again, and he will take the potion, and tell you to go get the parrot back. Get the parrot and take it back to Eadgar. He will give you a Fake Man.

Take the fake man to Burnt meat and then he will give you some burnt meat. Ask him where to find goutweed. He will tell you that the trolls picked it until there was none left, and the only remaining stock is in the store room. He also tells you the key is hidden in a fake bottom of the kitchen drawers. Once you have the key, go down the stairs in the kitchen and unlock the storeroom door. There are some guards patrolling the area, so watch them, and try to get to the goutweed without being seen. If they see you, they will bash your head, and you will be put outside the room. There are some gaps between some of the boxes, try to get to them without being seen, and you can stay there until you figure out how to get to the next one. Grab the goutweed and get out of there. Take the goutweed back to Sanfew and claim your reward!
