Skill Requirements:
- A Combat Level of at least 85.
- The ability to defeat level 343, 223, 274 and 107 monsters in a row with no prayer.
Quest Requirements:
- Eadgar's Ruse
- Lunar Diplomacy
Other Requirements:
- Seal of Passage
- Vial
- Hammer
- Tinderbox
- Pestle and Mortar
- 1 Astral Rune
- Food for the Fallen Man (About 20-25 pieces in total - and it needs to be 3 different kinds of food)
- Good armour, weapons and food are recommended.
Instructions:
- Head to Lunar Isle, and once there go North to the mines and down the ladder. Inside, head South to the quest symbol sign and crawl through the cave entrance.
- Inside the cave you'll find a Fallen Man. You need to get his health and spirit up. If you right-click inspect on him, you can see his current stats. To increase his health, you'll need to feed him around 15 pieces of food (3 different types, he's fussy). To increase his spirit, you will need to talk to him and be as positive as possible. Once both of these reach 70%, he will ask you to go get him some armour from his bank.

- Head to the bank on Lunar Isle, and speak to 'Bird's Eye' Jack. After a bit of squabbling, he'll let you into the fallen mans bank. Withdraw a Dragon Med Helm, an Abyssal Whip, an Ahrims Robetop, an Ahrims Robeskirt and Ranger boots. Withdraw about 6 more pieces of food (3 different types though) from your own bank. Then, make your way back to the cave.

- Speak to him and he will take the armour. Feed him the food, and once his health is full, talk to him until his spirit reaches 100% as well. After you have done this, he will explain that he is afraid of combat, and came to the Lunar Isle to see if by visiting the dreamland he could get rid of his fear of combat. Naturally, he asks you to help him.

- Make your way to the Oneiromancer, and she will say that by creating a dream vial, you can bind you and Cyrisus's consciousnesses together and in dreamland overcome Cyrisus's fear of combat. To make the dream vial, fill the special vial that the Oneiromancer gives you with water, and add Goutweed and 1 crushed Astral Rune. Goutweed can be obtained from the Troll Stronghold by stealing it in the cellar as in Eadgar's Ruse, or growing it. You can crush an Astral Rune by first hitting it with a hammer, then using a Pestle and Mortar on it.

- Now, get out some good armour, food and weapons. You will need to fight a level 343, a level 274, a level 223 and a level 108 monster in a row, with no prayer. I used ancients, as it freezes them so they don't hit you (except for the first monster), yet hits them hard.
Once you're ready, head to the Ceremonial Brazier and light it with a tinderbox. Then speak with Cyrisus and you will hand him the dream vial. Off you go!

The first Monster is The Inadequacy (Level 343). It hits very hard, and if you are ranging or maging it, it will mage you. This is by far the hardest monster, but after you defeat it the others are much easier.
The second Monster is The Untouchable (Level 274). He is fairly strong, but is easier than The Inadequacy and doesn't mage.
The third Monster is The Everlasting (Level 223). He has a very high defense, but hardly hits.
The fourth and final Monster is The Illusive (Level 108). He hardly hits at all, but burrows through the ground often, so you have to do a bit of running around to defeat him. A trick is to select him just before he burrows, then when he comes up again, click Attack on the box and you will go towards him and attack him. As you defeat this monster, Cyrisus will squash it with his foot and overcome his fear.

- Once you've defeated all the monsters, head back to the Oneiromancer to claim your reward!
