Instructions:

  1. Go to Port Tyras. Follow the map to get to the Catapult Guard. Talk to him and he will tell you to talk to General Hining. General Hining is in the Tyras Camp


  2. Go back to the Tyras Camp and talk to General Hining. Offer to help him rebuild the catapult, which he tells you is a vital part of their defense. He wants you to talk to the Catapult Engineer and give him a letter, he is somewhere in the forest.


  3. Follow the map above to get to the Catapult Engineer. When you get there talk to him and give him the letter. He will read it and will ask you to help him make the parts for the catapult. Agree to help him and read the catapult schemeatics.


  4. After you make the catapult parts, ask the engineer if you can read the letter that was written to him. It mentions Rolad the engineer, who has the metal parts which are needed to make the catapult. You will have to go and visit him.


  5. Rolad is located on Ice Mountain. Go to the Ice Mountain and talk to Rolad, he will tell you that the metal parts that are needed for the catapult have been shipped to Port Sarim.


  6. When you get to Port Sarim, go to the pub and talk to Thaki.


  7. Thanki will only help you if you look like a sailor. Go outside of the pub and search the drunken sailor to get his hat. Put it on and go talk to Thaki again, he will give you the parts.


  8. Go back to the catapult guard, bring all of the parts with you. Repair the catapult, this will bring up a two-sided puzzle where you need to put all of the pieces in the correct spot.


  9. After you fix it, the guard will ask you if you would like to test it. He will tell you that you need to hit the three targets. You will then go into a little game where you need to calibrate the catapult.


  10. Your job is to align the catapult to destroy the three rocks.


  11. After you finish destroying the rocks talk to the guard again. He will thank you for helping him.


  12. Congratulations! Quest Completed!
