Instructions:

Head over to Elena's house, she leaves east of Edmond in West Ardougne. She will explain that when she has left West Ardougne she left her Distiller & she needs you to get it back for her.

Next go & speak to Jerico, he lives two houses North of the Church in Ardougne nearby the furnace. He will then tell you that a man named Omart can help you get over the wall & while your at Jerico's house open up the cupboard & take some birdseed. Head to the backyard & take a birdcage.

Head over to West Ardougne & speak to Omart, he's standing near the wall on the South West side of West Ardougne & he will tell you that he can help you get over the wall if you can distract some mourners in the tower & that would watch you climb the wall. He will then suggest you talk to Jerico for an idea on how to climb the wall.

Once at Jerico's house, he wont help you since he's too busy feeding his birds & he suggests you ask Omart. (Note: Don't ask Omart) Just use the birdseed on the watchtower nearby the walls to West Ardougne & release the pigeon from the birdcage you took from Jerico's backyard.

Now go back to Omart & talk to him, he & his assistant Kilron will help you get over the wall with a rope ladder.

Alright now you are in West Ardougne, head to the building most Northeast. This is the mourner's house & on the West side of the building you will find a rotten apple, take that.

Now climb over the fence on the West side of the building & use the apple with the cauldron of soup. Now you should try & enter the building & the mourner's will say they are getting sick with the food poisoning & need a doctor.

Head Southwest to a building on the Southern side of the town & there is a Nurse. Sarah lives there, enter the home & search her cupboard & retrieve a Doctors Gown.

Now go back to the mourners house & they will let you enter through any door. Get inside & go upstairs & try to speak to the mourners upstairs, you will notice that they start to attack you no matter what you try & tell them. So after you kill the mourners you will get a key. Now enter the gate & search the boxes one of them contains Elenas Distiller.

Now head back to the Southeastern side of town where Kilron is & speak to him, tell him you wish to return to town & he'll let you climb over. Once that is done you can return the Distiller back to Elena.

Elena will then examine the sample, but cannot so now she will give you some filled vials. She will then ask you to get some touch paper from the Chemist in Rimmington & use the Chemists children to smuggle in the vials from Rimmington to Varrock. So collect come samples & take them to Guidor in Varrock (Note: DO NOT TELEPORT!! If you teleport the vials WILL break, you must either WALK all the way there or BANK the vials first & TELEPORT AFTER OUT HAVE BANKED).

Now go to the chemist can be found in West side of Rimmington. Once there speak to him & say you are Elena's friend. (Note: do NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THE PLAGUE!!) Just tell him you need the touch paper for Guidor & he will give you it.

Now it's time to smuggle in the vials so give them to the 3 children. Make sure you give Hops the Sulphuric Broline & give Chancy the honey & give DeVinci the Ethena. They will tell you that they will meet you in the Dancing Donkey Inn. Now make sure you have the samples with you because if you don't & you already get the vials from the children & try to retrieve the samples from the bank, the guard will stop you & take away your vials & you'll have to go back to Elena to receive vials & do it all over again.

Head to the Dancing Donkey Inn, it is located in Southeast Varrock. Once you get there, a guard outside the gate will search you & this is why you needed the children to smuggle in the vials. So once you get to the Inn speak to the children & get the vials back.

Now, put on the priests robes you brought with you during the quest & go inside Guidor's house Southeast of the bar, if your not wearing the robes Guidor's wife won't let you enter his room so then tell Guidor that you're trying to stop the plague & also tell him you've come from Elena. He will then work with the samples trying to find a solution & tell you that there is no plague.

Head back to Elena in West Ardougne & tell her that the plague doesn't exist, she will tell you to see King Lathas of Ardougne.
